2008 Methode Champenoise
The 2008 Methode Champenoise was made using the traditional French method of bottle fermentation and extended ageing on yeast lees.
A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from our 28 year old vines, has produced a wine that is elegant and showing a great deal of those fruit characteristics renowned from the Redlands area of the Yarra Valley.
