The reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a barrel selection that represents the very best barrels from the vintage.
Dark crimson red with a pale red hue. Dark fruits with spice, tobacco, cigar box and sweet toasty oak dominate the nose. The palate is complex with red berry fruits, spice, savouriness and toasty oak. Balanced acidity with fine dusty tannin gives structure and poise to the finish. An early picked cool climate style that will age over the long term.
