The reserve shiraz is a barrel selection that represents the very best barrels from the vintage.
Light red with a slight purple hue. Beautiful aromatics of spice, pepper, red berry fruits and balanced toasty oak. The palate is soft, rounded and subtle with cherry/plum fruits, white pepper and toasty oak of sweet spice. The tannin is fine adding structure and texture with the natural acidity. An elegant cool climate shiraz style that will age gracefully over the medium term.
