2010 Sparkling Rose

This 2010 Sparkling Rose was made using the traditional French methode of bottle fermentation and extended ageing on yeast lees. A blend of Pinot Noir and Cabernet from our 29 year old vines, has produced a wine that is elegant and showing a great deal of up front fruit charateristics symbolising Elmswood Estate wines.
