The service provided not only on the day but with the planning was fantastic. On the day itself the service by your team was at all times friendly and efficient. We were recently married at your lovely venue and wanted to express to you, in writting our absolute delight with the efforts of your staff, especially Stephanie Cooksey.
When we were first looking for a place to get married, Stephanie went out of her way to provide us with information and advice. We found her to be very friendly and we felt instantly relaxed around her. It is not an exaggeration to say that while your venue was stunning, the opportunity to have Stephanie look after our wedding tipped Elmswood over the top for us, and she was the primary reason that we booked in to get married there. In the week leading up to the wedding and on the day itself, we could not have asked for a better person to work with than Stephanie. A wedding is full of so many special moments and for us many of them were enhanced by her expert combination of professionalism and freindliness. Dear Aaron, Steph and Crew, WOW, what can we say? Congratulations to you and all your staff on an exceptional job on the occasion of Kate and Shane's wedding held on the 27/03/2010. Everything went so smoothly right from setting up of the tables on Friday to the girls guiding the wedding cars into place on the day. The views were amazing and the atmosphere so relaxing. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. All the guests commented on the fact they didn't have to ask for drinks to be topped up- it just happened. One of our guests, a great wine conesuer, was impressed with the quality and range of your wines and looks forward to returning on a Sunday for lunch and tasting. Well done! A special thanks to Stephanie for her great organisational skills. Kate reported on Facebook the next day "it was the best day of her life", that made Gary and I very pleased, so thank you again. Jan- Melbourne Cup
I organised a group of friends to attend the Cup Day luncheon and I now want to thank you very much for the lovely day we all enjoyed at Elmswood Estate. The event was very well organised and the friendly staff ensured we all had a wonderful time. The meal was delicious too- I heard not one complaint from the group- so compliments to the chef!! Many of us went home with prizes, wine and smiles on our faces after a very enjoyable day! Well done to everyone concerned- we plan to join in the fun again next year. Cheers Jan Strong.

Friday the 13th is unlucky for some but not for Mike and I. We had in our minds a relaxing evening with family and friends and you provided it 100%. Stephanie you are fantastic, polite and courtous to everyone, nothing was to much trouble from the very beginning.
